In this role, he is responsible for overseeing financing, the operations of ADG and leading the commercialization of the ASTH.
Mr. Bozada has over 25 years of experience in creating shareholder value through performance improvements, integration activities, and reinvigorating growth engines. With experience in corporate, private equity, and consulting, he has worked with more than 40 companies in dozens of countries to drive value through thoughtful leadership.
Mr. Bozada began his career at Goodyear Tire and Rubber in Beaumont, Texas, and has held roles of increasing responsibility at Rubatex (Private Equity), Deloitte Consulting, Bayer, Matthews International, and Environmental Service Laboratories (Private Equity).
Mr. Bozada lectures at the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz School of Business on strategy, supply chain management, and executive education and serves as an executive advisor for consulting project teams. Mr. Bozada is a founding member of the Energy Management Advisory Council to the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bozada earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University and his M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
