Marnie Freer is a Principal of LEHDER Environmental Services, an Air Quality Consulting firm that has served clients in a wide variety of sectors since 1995. Mrs. Freer has more than 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance strategy, advanced air dispersion modeling, and project management with specific expertise in petrochemical manufacturing and refining.
Mrs. Freer has extensive experience guiding clients through the Ontario permitting process, including major upgrades to existing facilities and new builds. She is a member of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Air Practitioners Group which provides technical input regarding the implementation of Ontario Regulation 419/05: Air Pollution - Local Air Quality, the primary provincial regulation governing emissions to air.
Mrs. Freer is a Board Member of the Sarnia Lambton Industrial Alliance and has a B.Sc. in Environmental Science from the University of Guelph.
