Sue has over twenty-five years of experience in transportation. She has been involved in every mode of transportation, rail, truck, marine, container, pipeline and terminal management. Currently she is responsible for rail, truck, barging, deep sea, feedstock logistics and terminal management for the Liquid business in North America. She also has responsibility for North American Trade Compliance encompassing the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
Sue began her career as a Money Market Trader for a Wood Gundy in Toronto, Ontario and after relocating to Sarnia moved into transportation with Petrosar. Petrosar became Polysar, then NOVA Chemicals. Sue relocated to Pittsburgh in 2000. When the NOVA Styrenics business became part of the Joint Venture, INEOSNOVA; she moved to Houston, Texas as Liquid Logistics Manager. Through a variety of company changes, she is now with INEOS Styrolution America LLC a wholly owned INEOS company. In addition to INEOS Styrolution America, LLC; she also has liquid logistics responsibility for INEOS Styrolution Canada Ltd and INEOS Styrolution Mexicana.
Sue is a consummate logistician and advises that every day in Logistics offers a great variety of new challenges and one benefits by enjoying working in a chaotic environment. Problem solving, innovative thinking, team work is an everyday opportunity when working in Logistics
Sue received her CITT (now CCLP) designation in 1993 and was the recipient of the Stuart Robertson Award for the Highest Academic Standing in Transportation/ Commercial Law. She became a Board Member and was Chair of the Board in 2000. She also received her P Log. Designation in 1995. She holds a Bachelorʼs degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University, West Virginia.
