W. Scott Thurlow

W. Scott Thurlow trained as a lawyer and specializes in federal and provincial regulatory policies for environment, energy, chemicals management, trade, transportation and tax with additional expertise in laws and regulations governing legislative processes, lobbying and elections in Canada. Most recently he served as the President of the Canadian Renewable Fuels Association (CRFA). In 2005, he served as the Director of Parliamentary Affairs for the Minister of Natural Resources. Scott holds an Honour Bachelor’s degree in political science from Carleton University, a Masters' degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and an LLB from the University of Ottawa's Law School.
