Wednesday, June 19 – 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
- Do not remove any of your booth display before 5 pm, as there is a closing cocktail reception on the trade show floor. This is a great final networking opportunity with delegates.
- All delivered freight must come on a truck with a power tailgate. The venue does not have dock and there are no forklifts on site.
- For security purposes, all exhibitors are advised to remove all portable, and valuable items, and are asked to not leave anything of value unattended at any time.
- Make sure you have made arrangements with a courier to pick up your material, if applicable. Please note, the room must be clear by 7:00 pm. Any materials not removed by 7:00 pm will be removed by Expo Express Global Event Logistics, and held in storage at the expense of the exhibitor. Event Management neither the Progressive Auto Sales Arena are responsible for packages not picked up.
Registration
Exhibitor Badge Registration - All exhibitors must register booth staff in advance. Everyone will require their own Exhibitor Badge to gain access to the venue.
Exhibitor registration includes: Two-Day Exhibition Access for staff to work at your booth.
Exhibitors are also invited to participate in the PetroChem Canada Charity Golf Tournament on June 17 at Huron Oaks Golf Course. You will have the option to purchase individual and/or team passes during registration. (limited availability).

Booth Furnishings
RVS Draperies is the official show decorator of PetroChem Canada. Your booth comes with pipe and drape, 6' draped table, two chairs and grey carpet. If you would like to order other furnishings, please use this form. Changes to what is supplied in your booth may result in additional fees.
Shipping and Customs
PetroChem Canada is pleased to offer shipping and customs service through Expo Express Global Events Logistics. For rates and details, please complete the forms and contact Expo Express directly.
