Exhibitor Move-in / Move-out

Exhibitor Move-in and set-up:

Tuesday, June 17

10:00 am – 6:00 pm
 

Exhibitor Move-out:

Thursday, June 19 – 4:15 pm – 8:00 pm

• Do not remove any of your booth display before 4:15 pm, as there is a closing cocktail reception on the trade show floor.  This is a great final networking opportunity with delegates. 

Registration

Exhibitor Badge Registration - All exhibitors must register booth staff in advance. Everyone will require their own Exhibitor Badge to gain access to the venue.

All Exhibitors will be given a unique link to register Booth Staff. Exhibitor registration includes: 3 Booth Staff badges.

Order Booth Amenities

Standard Booth Space includes:

Floor space, standard booth carpet, draped display booth, one (1) 800-watt electrical outlet, basic on-site materials handling to booth (up to 5000 lbs. per crate, except for specialty work), crate storage during the show, 24-hour roaming security and 3 exhibit staff badges.

Booth Space does NOT include: Extra Tables, chairs, furniture, TV's, electrical cords or other A/V requirements.

Hardwall Package Space includes:

Includes: (10x10’s and 10x20’s only) Floor space, standard booth carpet, hardwall shell scheme, counter, two (2) chairs, name board, daily janitorial, one (1) 800-watt electrical outlet, basic onsite materials handling to booth (up to 5000 lbs. per crate, except for specialty work), crate storage during the show, 24-hour roaming security, and 3 exhibit staff badges.

Booth Space does NOT include: Extra chairs or tables, furniture, TV's, electrical cords or other A/V requirements.
